US Orders

    Return & Refunds

    • Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
    • A 30% restocking fee applies to most returned items.

    Non-Returnable / Exchanges

    • Items under $40
    • Items that have been opened, used, or tried-on
    • Open-box, discounted, or Final Sale items
    • Exchanges are not allowed.

           All sales are final for these items. The shop will not accept returns or be responsible for damaged or lost items.       

    Return Process for Eligible Items

    1. Contact us within 30 days to request a Return Authorization (RA#).
    2. Ship the item back to the provided address with the RA#.
    3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for damaged items.
    4. Items must be in new, resalable condition, including original packaging and accessories.

    Damaged or Incorrect Items

    • Report damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery.
    • We will provide instructions for replacement or insurance claim.
    • Return shipping will be covered if the item is damaged.

    Final Sale Items

    • Products marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.

    International Orders

    Warranty and Returns

    • All international orders are Final Sale.
    • No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted for international orders.
    • We are not responsible for damaged, lost, or delayed items during international shipping.
