US Orders
Return & Refunds
- Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- A 30% restocking fee applies to most returned items.
Non-Returnable / Exchanges
- Items under $40
- Items that have been opened, used, or tried-on
- Open-box, discounted, or Final Sale items
- Exchanges are not allowed.
All sales are final for these items. The shop will not accept returns or be responsible for damaged or lost items.
Return Process for Eligible Items
- Contact us within 30 days to request a Return Authorization (RA#).
- Ship the item back to the provided address with the RA#.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for damaged items.
- Items must be in new, resalable condition, including original packaging and accessories.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Report damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will provide instructions for replacement or insurance claim.
- Return shipping will be covered if the item is damaged.
Final Sale Items
- Products marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
International Orders
Warranty and Returns
- All international orders are Final Sale.
- No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted for international orders.
- We are not responsible for damaged, lost, or delayed items during international shipping.
