- All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by the shop.
- Payment must be completed at the time of order. We accept all payment methods listed at checkout.

2. Shipping & Delivery
US Orders
- Free shipping is available for US orders only.
- All delivery times are estimates, delays may occur due to carrier issues.
- Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
International Orders
- Orders are shipped worldwide from Largo, Florida, US. Free shipping applies only in the US.
- Customers must contact us for shipping quotes and to have their country added at checkout.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has shipped.
- Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs, local postal delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
3. Returns, Refunds & Final Sale
US Orders
Return & Refunds
- Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- A 30% restocking fee applies to most returned items.
Non-Returnable / Exchanges:
- Items under $40
- Items that have been opened, used, or tried-on
- Open-box, discounted, or Final Sale items
- Exchanges are not allowed
All sales are final for these items. The shop will not accept returns or be responsible for damaged or lost items.
Return Process for Eligible Items:
- Contact us within 30 days to request a Return Authorization (RA#).
- Ship the item back to the provided address with the RA#.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for damaged items.
- Items must be in new, resalable condition, including original packaging and accessories.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
- Report within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will provide instructions for replacement or insurance claim.
- Return shipping is covered if the item is damaged.
Final Sale Items
- Products marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
